Draft for review · 9 September 2026 · Not effective until published with a stated effective date.
These Terms govern your use of Zaynat.app to discover businesses, manage your account and request appointments. The platform agreement is between you and Luca Kozak, operating Zaynat.app under a UAE freelancer licence registered in Abu Dhabi ("Zaynat", "we", "us"). Zaynat.app is the platform name; it is not described in these Terms as a separate incorporated company. Operator details appear in the Legal Notice.

1. The platform and your Partner
A "Partner" is an independent business admitted to Zaynat to offer bookable services. A directory listing alone does not establish Partner status. Unclaimed listings and demo businesses are identified separately.
We provide discovery and booking software. The Partner you select supplies the treatment or appointment service, sets its prices and booking conditions, and is responsible for its premises, staff, professional qualifications, licences, hygiene and performance of that service. Your agreement for that service is with the Partner. Your separate agreement for use of Zaynat is with Luca Kozak.
Platform approval is not a medical recommendation, guarantee of treatment results, or certification of a Partner's professional competence. This division of responsibilities does not remove any obligation that applicable law places on Zaynat itself.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement to create an account. A parent or authorised guardian may arrange an appointment for a minor where the Partner permits it and must comply with the Partner's consent and attendance requirements. Do not create an account in a minor's name.
Provide accurate contact information and keep your account secure. You may only book for another person with appropriate authority. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are not automatically responsible for unauthorised activity caused by a failure for which we are legally responsible.
The Zaynat account view may show your appointments across participating Partners. A Partner-branded view shows appointments for that Partner. Switching views does not give one Partner access to your appointment history with other Partners.
3. Requests and confirmations
Before submitting, check the Partner, location, service, assigned professional where applicable, date, time, total price and cancellation conditions. Appointment times are displayed in the appointment location's time zone.
With instant confirmation, a successful confirmation creates a confirmed booking. With manual confirmation, submitting creates a request only: it is not a confirmed appointment until the Partner accepts it. A request receipt or temporary slot reservation is not acceptance. A Partner may decline a request or contact you to propose another time; a materially different service, price or time requires your agreement.
Your booking status in the platform is the reference for whether the appointment is pending or confirmed. Delivery of an email, SMS or other notification is not guaranteed. Contact the Partner if the status is unclear. A pending request may be withdrawn without a cancellation fee.
4. Prices and direct payments
At launch, customers pay Partners directly. Zaynat does not collect or hold customer booking payments or deposits and does not act as an escrow provider. Pay using the method agreed directly with your Partner and obtain the appropriate receipt or invoice from that Partner.
Partners must clearly disclose the total payable amount, applicable taxes and any permitted additional charges before you commit. Optional extras require your agreement. If a displayed price is incorrect, the Partner must explain the correction and obtain your agreement before proceeding; you may decline the change.
Any direct deposit, gift card or discount is subject to the issuing Partner's clearly disclosed terms and applicable law. A Partner-issued gift card is not a Zaynat payment balance. If Zaynat later introduces payment processing, the relevant payment terms and provider details will be presented before you use that feature.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Proposed launch policy — operator approval required: each Partner must display its cancellation window before submission. If no different policy is clearly disclosed and accepted, the default is free cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time, subject to availability for a replacement appointment.
Within the applicable cancellation window, or for a missed appointment, a fee may apply only where its amount or calculation was prominently disclosed and accepted in advance and is lawful. These Terms do not create a default late-cancellation or no-show charge and do not authorise Zaynat to charge your card. Partners must not impose a new fee retrospectively. Reasonable exceptional circumstances should be considered fairly.
If the Partner cancels and you do not accept an alternative, it must return any direct payment for the service it will not supply, without a cancellation deduction. Where a refund is due, the Partner should initiate it within 14 calendar days after entitlement and the required refund details are established, or sooner if law requires; payment-provider processing time may follow. These are proposed Partner standards, not a statement that Zaynat controls the Partner's payment account.
For unsatisfactory, unsafe, misdescribed or unprovided services, contact the Partner promptly. Cancellation rules do not limit any mandatory right to a remedy, refund or compensation. If the platform is unavailable when you need to cancel, contact the Partner directly and retain your message or call record.
6. Treatment suitability
Ask the Partner about suitability, allergies, patch tests, contraindications and aftercare. Share relevant health information directly through an appropriate channel with the Partner; do not post it in public reviews or general platform support messages. Zaynat does not provide medical advice or assess clinical suitability. Nothing here waives rights relating to injury, unsafe treatment or professional misconduct.
7. Fair use, content and reviews
Do not make fraudulent bookings, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, publish unlawful material or misuse personal information. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and avoid others' private information.
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce and display that content as necessary to operate the relevant feature. This does not give us permission to use your private booking details or image in unrelated advertising.
We may moderate reviews for fraud, privacy, illegality or violation of published content rules. A negative opinion alone is not grounds for removal. You can ask us to review a moderation decision.
8. Availability, directory accuracy and account restrictions
Directory information may be incomplete or outdated. Confirm important details with the business. Third-party maps and external websites are operated by their respective providers.
We use reasonable care in providing the platform but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, serious misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and how to seek review. A restriction does not erase your accrued rights or automatically cancel a confirmed appointment; contact the Partner regarding that appointment.
9. Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Notice explains the information used to operate accounts, bookings, support and analytics, and identifies how responsibilities are divided between Zaynat and Partners.
You may request account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically settle an unpaid obligation or cancel an existing appointment. Records may be retained only where there is a lawful need, such as an unresolved dispute or mandatory recordkeeping. Partners may hold their own independent records; we will explain how to contact them where relevant.
10. Responsibility and complaints
We remain responsible for our own acts and omissions as required by applicable law. Partners remain responsible for the services they supply. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. No term limits mandatory consumer protections.
For a service complaint, contact the Partner first where practical. For a platform complaint or unresolved booking issue, contact the operator using the Legal Notice details and provide enough information to identify the issue, without sending passwords or payment-card details. We may help route a complaint but cannot promise a particular outcome in a dispute with a Partner. You may also contact the competent consumer-protection authority or court without first exhausting our complaint process.
11. Changes, governing law and notices
We will publish dated versions and give reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable. Changes do not retrospectively alter the agreed price or cancellation terms of an existing booking. Where required, we will request fresh acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer rights that apply. Nothing requires you to waive access to a competent authority or court.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. These Terms, the Legal Notice and the booking conditions accepted for the relevant service form the relevant agreements; the Privacy Notice explains data use and is not blanket consent to marketing.
12. Demo use before commercial launch
Where the platform is labelled a demo, appointments, accounts, subscription activation and messages are simulations. A demo booking does not reserve a real treatment, create an obligation to attend or require payment. Do not enter sensitive or real customer information into demo accounts. This section prevails over descriptions of commercial booking functionality while using a demo.
