Zaynat.app is the platform/brand name used by Luca Kozak. This notice does not represent that Zaynat.app is a separately incorporated company. The licence's authorised activities, trading-name permissions and entitlement to operate the proposed platform must be confirmed against the actual licence; this draft does not certify them.

What Zaynat provides

Zaynat provides software for business discovery, branded Partner websites, appointments and business management. Independent bookable businesses are called "Partners". They supply their own services and remain responsible for their business and professional obligations. A public directory listing alone does not mean the business is a Partner.

At launch, customers pay Partners directly. Zaynat does not collect or hold customer booking payments or deposits. Partner subscription fees are separate from customer treatment charges.

Applicable documents

  • Customer Terms and Conditions: platform use, booking requests, confirmations and customer-facing cancellation rules.
  • Partner Terms and Conditions: the relationship between Luca Kozak and Partner businesses, including plans, publication, support and data-processing arrangements.
  • Privacy and Storage Notice: information handling, browser storage, third-party services and rights requests.
  • The accepted Partner order and the specific booking conditions: the commercial details agreed for that subscription or appointment.

These documents must be provided clearly before the relevant acceptance or transaction. Required Arabic disclosures and contract information must be supplied alongside the English drafts. Do not state that the English text overrides mandatory Arabic requirements or applicable law.

Intellectual property and source attribution

Zaynat's original software, branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law, subject to third-party and open-source rights. Partners retain rights in their supplied branding and content. Use of a third-party name or link does not imply endorsement.

Directory data includes © OpenStreetMap contributors, used subject to the Open Database Licence (ODbL) 1.0. Preserve attribution and comply with applicable database-licence obligations when using or redistributing that data. The source is incomplete and may be outdated. Map imagery and any Google Places content are separately subject to Google's applicable terms and attribution requirements; an OpenStreetMap licence does not cover Google content.

Complaints and contact

For treatment, refund or appointment-service issues, contact the relevant Partner using its displayed contact details. For platform, subscription, privacy, intellectual-property or directory concerns, contact Luca Kozak at the address above, identifying the relevant account/listing and issue without sending passwords or payment-card data.

Internal complaint handling does not prevent you from contacting a competent consumer-protection authority, data-protection authority or court. We will not require a customer to waive mandatory rights as a condition of obtaining help.

Current prototype

The present demonstration uses browser-local business data and simulated workflows. Demo bookings do not reserve real services, subscription activation does not take payment, and the prototype inbox does not deliver messages to the operator from another device. Display these limitations beside the relevant actions, not solely in this notice. Until production processing and official contact channels are operational, do not invite real confidential customer data through demo forms.
